REMOTE STREAMING SERVICES

Planning Stage

Everything takes planning. We want to make sure we understand what you want to achieve and that everyone involved is on the same page.  

       

•  How many people will be involved?

•  What streaming service is your company accustomed to? 

•  The costs and breakdown for the run of show.

•  Rehearsal time and pre-production if needed.

•  Who is your Crew?

          - We will assign a Producer and Director/Technical Director for the event.

Pre-Production Stage  

​

Your Producer assigned will work with you and the other participants to get all the information and elements needed for the specific event. They will work with you to handle all scheduling and rehearsal time with our Director / Technical Director with each participant before the actual event. 

​

• Tech Check with Participants. Checking their video & audio quality - 30 minutes 

• They get to practice and rehearse their presentation and given feedback by the producer.​

• We would also plan for Q&A with a live audience.

Production Stage  

​​

The day of the event your point of contact will be your producer and this is where we will do a Live Cut of the show or we can record as LIVE and if any post-production is needed, we can edit it and upload it on a specific date.  Recording "AS LIVE" will also give you an opportunity to redo if someones computer malfunctions.

 

Two different ways of producing your event

 

1. A LIVE CUT Presentation.

2. RECORDED AS LIVE and uploading content on a specific date.

 

If you want to include online Q & A, our producer can screen the questions and your panel can answer.

Post-Production Stage  

 

The project is done and now all we do is focus on trimming up the content, or editing a small teaser to promote your event online.

​

We then Upload the content to your page. After Each LIVE Event, we would still post the Recorded version after. We want the highest quality possible for the Channel.
