Welcome New Members

I’m so blessed to have a career in something that I enjoy. What makes it even better, is that I get to spend it with people I really appreciate spending time with. No one likes to go to work dreading to clock in and see that manager or co-worker that annoys you constantly.

At the end of the day, a Job is a Job. We have to work hard and prove ourselves to the community.

Of course we have fun here too. I don’t let negativity finds it way into my life all that much. But when it does, it's almost like, A Self-Fulfilling Prophecy: The phrase implies that a negative mindset directly shapes a negative reality

So why let that into your life. We must think positive.

• Trust and Reliability: Knowing you can depend on your colleagues, and they can depend on you, without the need for constant supervision.

• Mutual Respect: Valuing different points of view, even when you disagree, and treating colleagues with courtesy, regardless of their position or background.

• Open and Constructive Communication: The ability to discuss successes and failures, provide honest feedback, and resolve conflicts calmly.

• Empathy and Appreciation: Acknowledging the efforts of others and showing genuine appreciation for their contributions.

We collaborate, we tell jokes and we go out and have fun sometimes and become friends.

We have to remember, this is a business too. I love bringing people together and feed off each other’s brilliance.

So, let’s enjoy ourselves, but let’s make some movies. I’m putting all my energy into this, if you want to follow me, talk shop or just enjoy watching what we do, you all invited to be a part of the journey.

Everything from AR/VR content, UNREAL ENGINE, METAHUMAN, 360 Cameras, Virtual Monitor Walls, Motion Capture tracking for MOCAP technology. Anything that has to do with Virtual production and creating content.

Lets discuss UNREAL ENGINE and a new camera I just learned about that creates mapping of a house or establishment called the Matterport Pro 3. I want to use this camera to create virtual sets in UNREAL ENGINE. Will I have to use a combination of the Matterpoprt and the Insta360 Titan to create video interaction? I'm fascinated by this.

The first step, is to get the Matterport Poro 3 data into Unreal Engine CLEAN so we can work on it.

I also have questions about lighting, white balance in rooms for Sunlight and creating cool Lighting effects for like a Music Venue.
